INTERMEDIATE CAMP FAQ’s
When am I supposed to be at camp to check in for Intermediate Camp?
Campers should check in at the registration table between 5:00 and 5:45 p.m. on Sunday. Please don’t arrive early as there is no provision for early check-in. If you are unable to check in during the allocated time slot, please phone the camp administrator to make alternate arrangements.
What time does the camp end?
Intermediate Camp ends on Friday at 4 p.m. It is important that you remain as part of the camp program until that time as the campers are expected to clean up the cabin and camp for the next camp. Your child will also want to be part of the closing session which usually includes a multi-media show highlighting the past week. If it is necessary for you to leave early, or to leave for a few hours during the week, please talk to the administrator in advance. If you are unable to be there for the whole time, we may ask you to give up your spot to someone on the waiting list who can be there for the complete session.
Visitors Night is no longer going to take place mid-week, rather there are going to be two opportunities for parents, families and friends to visit at camp, and this will take place on Sunday after registration at 5, visitors are welcomed to stay for supper, chapel and then meet with the directors and speakers after chapel for snack to learn about what"s coming up in the week with Q&A - As well, on Friday visitors are welcomed to come at 3pm for the closing chapel, a summary of the week, and a slideshow. We look forward to seeing you there!
