WHO CAN ATTEND CAMPS?
Everyone is invited to apply to attend any camp(s) you are eligible for. Be sure to check the age and gender requirements for each camp.
CAN I ATTEND MORE THAN ONE CAMP?
You may apply to as many camps as you are eligible to attend. Be sure to check the age and gender requirements for each camp.
WHAT IF I CANNOT BE THERE FOR THE WHOLE CAMP?
It is important that you remain as part of the camp program for the whole time. Attending camp is a special opportunity for you and your fellow campers to connect with God and share time together. Campers coming and going from camp is disruptive to everyone. Additionally, leaving early puts the burden on your fellow campers to do your share of the clean up to get the camp ready for the next group. If it is absolutely necessary for you to leave early, or to leave for a few hours during the week, please talk to the administrator in advance. If you are unable to be there for the whole time, we may ask you to give up your spot to someone on the waiting list who can be there for the complete session.
ACCEPTANCE TO CAMP
Registration for all Bethel Bible Camps are done on a first come, first serve basis. This means that campers are accepted in the order they apply. You will receive an acceptance email with more information about your camp when you have been accepted.
WAITING LISTS
However, each camp has a capacity limit for the facilities and depending on the type of camp. As a result, once the camp is filled, campers will be placed on a waiting list. Campers on the waiting list will become eligible for that camp as spaces become available and in the order their registration was received.
BE CAREFUL WHEN REGISTERING
Before submitting each registration form, be certain to double check the information you have filled in. The information provided in your form will constitute the database for Bethel Bible camp that will be carried forward into future years. CHECK TWICE!!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Bethel Bible Camp is a faith based camp in order to make camp available to everyone. No fee will ever be expected or required of campers.
